Resumen
Este documento aborda la propuesta de ley en los Estados Unidos para aumentar el salario mínimo en dicho país a 15 dólares por hora para 2025. Analiza las implicaciones que tendría aprobar esta ley y aporta diversos argumentos bien fundamentados en su favor. Asimismo, refuta aquellos planteamientos que se han realizado de parte de diversas instancias en contra de un aumento del salario mínimo. Llega a la conclusión de que aprobar esta ley no únicamente aporta grandes beneficios a la economía del país, sino que además es sumamente necesario para combatir la desigualdad de ingresos.
