¿Planificación en el capitalismo avanzado? (lo que se puede y lo que no se puede)

Resumen
El ensayo examina las posibilidades de la política económica y de la planificación a fin de lograr el pleno empleo de la fuerza de trabajo. Aborda las herramientas que pueden utilizarse para este objetivo (la política fiscal en especial), y su potencial y debilidades en relación con las metas de pleno empleo, para evitar procesos inflacionarios. Señala que una planificación precisa resulta prácticamente imposible, tanto por el poco conocimiento que se posee de la conducta de variables decisivas —por ejemplo, la inversión—, como, de modo esencial, por las consecuencias perjudiciales para la clase dominante que tendría el pleno empleo en el poder de regateo de la clase trabajadora. La única modalidad que podría permitir el acceso al pleno empleo sin presiones inflacionarias radicaría en la implementación de un régimen del tipo nazi.
